what makes dg so good

IMO - DG had a leg up on Phi Mu and AXO because they colonized by themselves and weren't a simultaneous stack like PM and AXO. I'm just happy that all three are getting houses, this should really help them all. Also, ADPi really seems to be moving up as well. Truly all chapters here are wonderful and there are maybe 2 or 3 other schools on the same level with us.

they were very selective coming in as well. They didn't just take all of the girls that showed interest. About 500 or so interviewed in the fall and only half of those received bids. Also, they only took 30 or so girls in the Spring. Grades and involvement are a huge factor. They seem to be doing really well and I know girls who are in it and really like it!

This makes me so happy to hear! I think that most of the girls are really into making the chapter the best it can be and to make a good reputation for themselves since the first year or two can really determine what people think. The chapter is a really diverse group with many different personalities that maybe allows for more people to fit in and feel welcome.

Delta Gamma is such a strong sorority nationally. When they open up a new chapter they don't just do it lightly. They make sure that chapter has the support they need wtih CDCs, a set house plan, etc.

Their nationals know how to make sure a chapter gets going on a strong foundation.

Congratulations to DZ . Strong nationals and chapter leadership is a must and what makes DZ a great organization across the country.
When you do it not have the two working together it can cause chapters to close or lose the majority of their membership. Look what happened at Indiana University, Nebraska Lincoln and UCLA just in the last few months to houses that do not have that.
