how do sororities decide

During recruitment, how do you decide which PNMs you will cut or keep at the end of the day? Do you have a slideshow with their picture or resume on it and discuss? Do some people pull for you while others might try to get you cut? Do you rate the PNM? Does each sorority do it differently? Can someone please explain!

Membership selection differs by sorority and it isn't discussed outside of the chapter.
