well..Phi Mu started construction, but after seeing achio's plans and their date...they may end up finishing around the same time as PM

Tri Delt announced the will be finished by December 2017 and they are getting an indoor pool!

Wouldn't that give unfair panhellenic advantage? I know of one situation where a sorority was denied, by their panhellenic's vote, permission to build a large new home because no other house on campus had the funds to also go that route. Building the new home would have meant just one sorority home of thirteen would be giant, brand new, and on a double lot. So that sorority continued to house its women in their one greek-lettered home plus a large apartment complex nearby.

Tri Delta is not getting an indoor pool. It seems lately that someone (some sorority?) is totally trolling this board trying to make Tri Delta look bad. It is so obvious. And so sad. Get a life!
