lambda, pike, & sigep

I have a few friends in frats here and im going to be rushing later this fall - can someone tell me what Lambda, Pike, and Sigep are actually like? Im just curious, thanks

Lambda- very Nice house, good grades, some are douches, some are super nice guys. Kinda religious. Also kinda irrelevant. Overall good house, not quite top but definitely upper mid.
Pike- also has a nice house, good mix of guys, none have a huge ego and most are genuine cool guys. Have a rep of being bad here but it's quickly going away.
Sig ep- some guys are cool, some are weird. Their house is one of the worst on campus. Not quite bottom tier but almost.

2 of the billionaire Walton Bros( Wal-Mart) were Lambda Chi they just gave a million for their remodel with lots more to come look for them to be top house soon because all the combined alumni could not touch the wealth of even one brother and they will be pouring lots more.

After consecutive #1 PC and their brand new house Lambda Chi has jumped to the #1 fraternity. There is now a HUGE gap between Lambda Chi and #2 Sigma Chi. Lambda Chi row party was the best of the year. SAE,SX,PHI DELT now fight over the rejects of Lambda Chi

Judge the groups on their brotherhood and what they do for the campus and others. Pick your fear based on the friendships not the size of the house or the bank book and you will be happier in the long run.

I wouldn't really consider Sig Ep to be a frat it's more of a club. No pledging and now they're dry.

I think sig ep will do well. Some frats are out of control with the alcohol.

Clearly someone is trying to troll Sig Ep here on greek rank and it isn't working. Sig ep continues to be the top house and only fraternity girls really like. Sig Ep is working really hard to improve their image and that of the entire Greek system which has suffered recently. Some people can't seem to let go of the fact that they didn't get a bid from Sig Ep and needed to go with one of the lesser frats. Clearly not everyone is Sig Ep material. Please take your hate somewhere else!

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
