I am a junior in hs right now. I slacked off my freshman and sophomore year and if I make the grades I'm making now for the rest of highschool, I'll end up with around a 3.25 or a 3.3. What houses could I get in with that?

Don't let anyone discourage you. BUT No one can answer that. There are so many factors - like ACT and/or SAT scores. Are you a high-powered legacy? Will you know girls in sororities at UA? Will they vouch for you? Make sure your rec writers point out how well you did the last two years to pull up your GPA. If there were special circumstances (like an illness or death in the family) that affected your first 2 HS years, have your rec writer point that out.

That is an OK GPA, but if you have a good resume and are out-going and friendly, there is a house for you.
