rushing next year as a sophomore

I'm transferring from another school in Arkansas and I have a pretty good gpa, which fraternities give out bids to sophomores or which fraternities are most likely to? Is there a chance at getting a bid at a top tier or mid tier house? Any help is appreciated

i've noticed that all the sophomores that rush fall don't get anything unless they have connections in a specific house. if you know no one, and are sticking to your gpa/personality, i'd wait till spring. your chances are better then
