for sorority girls

What do you girls look at the most when girls are going through recruitment (in order) ? Looks, GPA, who they know in the sorority already, social media, personality, rec letters, etc.?

having a good GPA and being involved is very important. also just making a good first impression. you dont need to know girls to get into a sorority but it can absolutely help as it gets your name out there. looks and social media may be looked at but honestly dont matter much. get good rec letters from people you know as they will most likely be read but are not a deal breaker

No recs and poor grades (below 3.5 for some groups, below 3.0 for almost all) are the number one reason girls get cut first round. Get recs for every group you possibly can. Not having recs is a deal breaker for at least 75% of the houses.
