sophomore rushing

Alright so I'm from Texas and I'm transferring to Arkansas next fall as a sophomore. I'm really interested in Kappa Sig. Is it frowned upon to rush as a sophomore? What are the odds of me getting into the fraternity I want?

Rushing as a sophomore makes it a little tougher, but it's not impossible. I had like 5 sophomores in my pc out of about 50 people.
