Where did you get this info on SEC top houses? It's outdated for USC at the very least. Those were the top houses a decade ago, but ADPi and KD are both probably lower than Tri Delt at this point and have been for years. Would say it's 1. ZTA, 2. DDD, 3. KD/ADPi depending on who you ask. I wasn't in any of those houses but after 2008, KD and ADPi started falling.

Actually. Delta isn't even in top row either. At USC. It's kappa, dg, and pi phi. Delta dropped below ADPi. Either way I doesn't matter. The list stay the same.
