variable quota

I'm curious how it worked for your sororities using variable quota this year. It backfired at Mississippi State due to girls dropping out because they were released from houses and ADPi whose quota was 120 only getting 80 or so girls because they refused bids or dropped. Actives of top houses were forced to cut friends and legacies who would typically get a bid. Moms/alums were mad as ..ll. Quite a few girls dropped out of school.
It appears from this site that things went smoothly here or at least the moms are complaining in other ways.

This rush was brutal and some awesome girls were cut from houses that usually don't cut as hard. I think it's ridiculous for girls to drop out of school because they didn't get the house they wanted. That decision indicates they are not ready for the real world.
