Top three houses know who they want already and it's finalized this week. Because of RFM they are cutting 1500 first day. You need a 3.5, lots of connections since one girl can't pull you through, recs who know you personally, lots of activities, and a spotless reputation. This is the most important since chapters talk to each other and if one doesn't want you why would another. No bikini pics laughing about getting drunk and dancing on tables or pics of hanging out at fraternity houses. They have been following you on social media for months. The good news is the other houses won't cut you for any of that. Arkansas has very high placement rates. So if you keep an open mind you should find a home somewhere. We can't wait to meet you! No one is cutting 1500 the first day because of RFM. Maybe 800-900, but not 1500. Mathematically that just does not make sense. That would leave them with only 160 PNM tops for the rest of the week if everyone showed up first day. 160 could well be close to the quota number.

The other "top" groups will be competing for many of those same girls AND have them on their lists. Cutting that big of number would leave groups with not enough people to fill their pledge class.
