sister is legacy??

so my sister pledged a sorority and then didn't graduate and left the university but didn't drop the sorority. can i still put her as my legacy or no

As long as she actually was initiated (not just pledged) and never resigned, you should be considered a legacy to her sorority. She should check with the national office to make sure they consider her an alumna in good standing though.
