I'm not sure if they will participate in Open House Round or not. Sometimes colonizing chapters do that to introduce all pnm's to the new house.
The actual colonization process will happen after school starts. There will be several events to learn more about DG and meet alumni, national officers, and maybe actives from other chapters. The first events will be open but then interviews and pref will be by invitation only. Girls who are invited to colonize will then have a Bid Day. They'll be looking for girls from all four classes, not just freshmen.
