It's not good or bad, just meh. I don't go out very often, but this weekend I did. These girls are party crazy!! This one girl on my floor threw up from her room to the bathroom, and it was there ALL weekend. She never cleaned it up. My parents got me a hotel room because that was all anyone could smell. It's not just the partying either. I have two Z's in my dorm room and the language is abhorrent. They remind me of middle schoolers. The vaping, nose rings, and tattoos just show you what kind of people they cultivate. I have never written a review on anything until now because, well, it's just over-the-top stupidity with them. I'm exhausted by your member's behaviors, and you should really be embarrassed. Also, can anyone answer this question? Why do you bark at people? I've been barked at, and if I may say it myself, I'm rather pretty. Does it mean something else or is it just mean-spirited?

every interaction i've had with a zeta has been amazing. they're all so sweet and their pledge class is so pretty this year. they know how to have fun but still get their schooling done. i'm interested in cob in the spring with zeta i feel like they're the only top house that should do cob

Thursday was party time for these girls!! Ive never heard or seen such trashy women in my life. They all had their zeta necklaces on they were screaming racial slurrs at my friend and talking about his private parts. The amount of cussing and vaping was shocking. Non stop vaping and one of them had Mary Jane in her vape. One had mud on her shirt im assuming she fell and another girl burrped so loud I wanted to cross the street and get away from them. Ill never forget it. This house is forever off my list

Terrible sisterhood. Nearly every interaction I have had with zetas have rubbed me the wrong way. My roommate dropped zeta and confirmed they’re all mean asf, fake, and trashy when drunk and some yell out racial slurs or bark at you. They give the illusion that they come from wealth when they’re just middle-class H&M on sale with dupes. If you like getting forced to be on ozempic, and getting talked about behind your back then you’d fit right in with this “sisterhood.” Hope this helps everyone. I wish someone would have been honest from the start about theses sororities.

Pro: known nationally, pretty house Con: easy reputation, house on a random street not on Maple, random mix, none of the wealthy Dallas/Austin girls...more of the Houston/Little Rock middle class girls.

Side street house not on Maple. Girls are mainly poor/mid class money. Fake Christian girls with bible verses in bio, do not act Christian in any way, gossip, backstab I’ve heard and witnessed horror stories at zeta. If you’re on their sht list they will start all kinds of rumors and make your life a living hell. Just say no to this house and stay far away from this drama files house.

STAY AWAY!! There is so much drama and mean girlness in this house. It is not a top house and they have self ranked on here. Seriously read only the ones that have ranked them as low. They get on here and self rank to raise themselves up. No one likes them, seriously no one. They bark at people and are just ordinary, weird girls.
