They are always high up on grade rankings, they win greek life competitions, and they hold members to a high standards. Kappas are so sweet and smart! Not a kappa, but honestly wish I was! More than happy to speak praises where they are deserved!

Kappa is not a top house bc the girls are rich. It’s a top house because it’s been on campus for 100+ years.
