The last 3 are clearly self ranks lmao they are not building a house I know alumni that say they refuse to donate back there and they’ve been using other houses building plans during rush. Don’t waste your time on these jokes. Go fiji or any other frat other than these weird dudes.

all a bunch of disrespectful entitled douchebags from Dallas who try so hard to be like Sigma Chi and SAE. their members constantly harass pledges from other fraternities at the dorms. They're the embodiment of pretentiousness. Not to mention they have a horrible reputation when it comes to women, the only reason girls hang out with them is so they don't have to work for a living when they graduate. If you pledge Sig Ep don't be surprised when they cut you after the first round of dues and you don't get that money back. Everything about Sig Ep screams "I peaked in high school" avoid these clowns.

100% the best chapter without a house at the moment, the only thing keeping them from being a top tier is that they currently don't have a house. They are great guys and I always feel respected at their parties. Once they finish their house at the end of this year I think they will skyrocket in house rankings, and probably going to be the top house within the next 3/4 years. The last few pledge classes have been amazing and it is only going to be a matter of time before they're number one.

The Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter at the University of Arkansas stands out as an exemplary fraternity that upholds its values, fosters a strong sense of brotherhood, and actively contributes to both the campus and local community. Their commitment to academic excellence, responsible social events, and community service sets them apart as a beacon of positive influence. As a student at the University of Arkansas, I have been genuinely impressed by Sigma Phi Epsilon's contribution to the university's vibrant campus life.
