Best parties, best looks, most money, personality is the only thing up for debate but I think they are definitely top 1 maybe 2

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 4.9 I love this chapter, would feel safe bringing my siblings here and leaving them unattended. Extremely friendly, but they have a tendency to be exclusive. So they can kind of “shun” people in a way.
