Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 3.0 These boys really are some funny ppl, and most of them aren't terrible looking. Apart from that, their house sucks, and so do their parties. No one is ever there for parties, and most girls I know do not feel safe there when they're drunk. Phi delt has fun functions but really nothing else.
