Chi O has NEVER been THE top house here! And their delusional statements have ALWAYS been one of the problems. Almost every house here got girls that many houses wanted...not a huge feat.....there were lots of cool girls! Does ChiO usually rush the overall best girls...no, they don't.

got one of the worst pledge classes this year, though they are just following the lead of their older girls- naked pictures, chain smoking, and being outright mean to anyone they meet. they're the girls from middle school that were bullies but then cried to mommy when they were called out.
