Hi! I was just wondering who has houses here? Or did I see correctly that it's more of like apartment style?

Some fraternities have complexes (motels), but they're not that great. I would definitely not base your choice off of who has houses. Every decent chapter has 5-10 off campus houses that hold 3-10 brothers where they can party.

A few frats have aquired entire apartment complexes which they have gated off and basically turned into fraternity houses. FIJI, TKE, Delta Chi, and KA have these. From what I understand, Alpha Sig just lost theirs after fall semester. Sigma Chi, DKE, Kappa Sig and SigEp are the houses that still exist that used to have complexes, but don't anymore. FIJI's complex is actually zoned as a fraternity house, for what it's worth
