I'd say KA has improved a lot with their social scene, I hear about a lot more girls going to Fiji, Sig Tau has improved socially and apparently got a nice pledge class, Pi Kapp has had a solid year, and Lambda has been holding their ground with supposedly good pledges but not improving. The only off campus house I would even consider rushing is TKE.
Delta Sig got like what, 9 pledges? And it's not cause they're selective.
Pike has been improving, but getting in a lot of trouble lately.
Kappa Sig and Sig Ep have been on a steady decline. (Used to hear a lot about Kappa Sig, not so much anymore).
Delta Chi and Alpha Sig have fallen off so hard.
Overall, these are the houses I see improving the most in the next year: KA, Pi Kapp, Sig Tau, TKE, Fiji, and Pike.

I heard Delta Chi is losing the complex, does anyone know anything about this?

At least alpha sig is having parties now, they were ghosts last semester.

Lol what no, Kappa sig is most def NOT on the decline. History lesson: When i was a freshie, they were mid to bottom of the middle tier. They were still a party house for sure, but they had like zero sorority relations and some beat girls at their parties. It was hard to get my sisters to turn down a party at sig chi or sig nu or sig ep or SAE if I wanted to go to a KS one. If you look back to 2010 through now, you would see they have been steadily improving and growing from a house of 40 guys. Now they're some of the hottest guys on campus, with great sorority relations, Plus last year they did the most community service hours out of anyone according to the annual greek life statistics brochure thing FSL sends out every year. I'd say they're a house to watch out for more than anything!

Uhh no. Sorry DKE, you guys have done LITERALLY nothing to be considered the top house other than throw a couple pool parties. As far as I'm concerned, you guys aren't even close to Sig Chi. The other two houses have done community service stuff, participated in philos, and been involved and operated as actual fraternities other than just throwing parties. TKE has a complex and has been able to keep it, both them and Sig chi have been able to maintain recognition for a full two years, what do you think you've actually done to be in the same category or better than them?...
