These are the only relevant and fun fraternities I would ever recommend a guy rushing, Kappa Sig, Sig Ep, Lambda and Delts Sig.

if its in order and included off campus itd probably be:
Sig Ep
Kappa Sig
DKE/Sig Chi
Fiji/Lambda
TKE

Your list has the right houses, but not in the right order. DKE is too high, they haven't done anything since being off campus to be considered that high. Neither has Sig Chi really.. All Kappa Sig does is party, they should not be 2nd on that list..

Agreed. Only thing I would say is watch for Sig Ep to drop Lower in the next year or two with them getting in trouble and what not
