apartments? and lambda chi?

AFAIK, lambda chi has a large house right by campus where they have parties. Not a ton of bedrooms and 20+ bros living their like a traditional fraternity house, but space to party none the less. Some fraternities take over entire apartment complexes and renovate them into defacto fraternity houses (fiji, delta chi, tke, ka), but lxa does not have this. Perhaps if you joined their chapter, you could use your passion for housing to convince the chapter to move into a complex. Just a thought.

Lambda chi at ASU is soft. if youre trying to party with hot girls and be apart of something bigger than yourself #1 ask girls where they go to usually on the weekends, and #2 check out whos wearing what letters and that should give you a better feel.
