How does TKE get away with having party shots with alcohol in the open shown in their rush vid?..

TKE is NOT part of the IFC and they are NOT recognized by the University. They are basically an underground fraternity so they have no oversight. However, If they get into serious trouble, they have to answer to the local police and their National Office.

Yes they are not recognized by the university, but that does not mean they have no oversight. They are still chartered and are held accountable by their nationals. They just don't have to deal with the ridiculous standards the school tries to impose on the on-campus fraternities. At literally any other school, videos with alcohol are completely normal and not used to start witch hunts against the houses.
