No, they still do have relations with sororities. Even if not in the traditional way that on-campus ones do through socials and registered events, it's clear girls from certain sororities hang out in numbers at some off-campus houses. And off-campus houses still have sweethearts in sororities, and vice versa. Just because there's not a direct official trace that houses do events together, doesn't mean they don't have relations.
