I know chi o is going through spring recruitment. Do you guys feel it's on the rise and a good chapter?

there is gonna be another passport event like they did in the fall. i believe most of the sororities will be there. you'll get to see all the chapters that will be taking members for spring.
to answer op. yes, chi o is a solid chapter. is it on the rise? who cares? if you like them that's what matters.

They are fine. Wouldn't say they are "on the rise." But they are okay.
