I wouldn't say they are becoming "top" but, Pi Kapp, Fiji, Sig Tau, TKE, and DTD have all improved this year. Sig Ep, Kappa Sig, DKE, Delta Chi, and Alpha Sig have all fallen.

Neutral: lambda, sig ep

Off campus naturally falls cuz I mean they're off campus but they're older guys still pull.

Nice try delta chi, half your chapter is graduating. How can you be rising if you'll all be pledges? I would also change Pike with STG, KA, or even DTD.
