kappa sig vs dtd

Got accepted to asu for next fall but i havent committed yet. Im a double legacy for Kappa Sig and for Delta Tau Delta but i dont see much about them on this site. What are the pros and cons of these houses if youre a chill athletic upper middle class guy from California?

DTD sucks, but Kappa Sig is like middle tier at best here.
