Is theta getting better than pi phi and aphi? Do you think they are top now?

Theta is getting better and aphi is dropping but theta is definately not top now.

Theta is top of middle bottom of top. They improved this fall over the two previous recruitments. They are a shell of what they were in their hey day. Still a good solid chapter but not better the A Phi or Pi Phi.
