spring rush fraternities

Okay, with spring rush coming up, it's important someone posted something with an accurate ranking and description of each house. Yes, I'm going to include off campus houses. Because they've showed they are still competitive, and genuinely, top on-campus houses will be soon off-campus.
Top:
-Sig Ep (Have fallen off a bit, but only because the school is putting sanctions on them and they're on their last leg. Still the top house in terms of looks, sports, social life, sorority relations
-Lambda Chi (They don't have a pledge process, but with hazing fraternities losing their recognition, Lambda has certainly benefited the most. A good balance between what the school wants, and still having a relevant social life. Good at sports, academics, and decent social life
-TKE (Yes, I am putting an off-campus house here, I believe there has to be one off-campus house in the top category. And of the 3 houses off-campus, TKE is the best. They have been off the longest and have been able to thrive, and have a complex. Making the most of their situation, taking in good classes and a good social scene. Also finding a way to do philos and participate in events.
-FIJI (Have a complex, benefiting from other houses going off campus, and getting better classes to filter out the goobers. Good at sports, good social scene, and developing really good sorority relations like doing things with Theta
Upper Middle:
Sigma Chi (fallen off with no longer being on campus, but still throw great parties and

have the strongest alumni support, along with guys who have found ways to be active in student government and other activities on campus. Give it a couple more semesters and they will be right back up to the top with Sig Ep and TKE like they were before.
-Kappa Sig (Yes I know it's weird to see Kappa Sig rated this high, but they have cleaned up their act and have recruited some great classes. Have thrown some great parties in the last few semesters, and are developing great sorority relations. Really good at sports as well)
-DKE (Also fallen a bit from when they were on-campus, but still a strong house at ASU. Great social scene, still have girls from top houses coming around, and smart kids.)
Lower Middle:
-Alpha Sig
-Pi Kapp
-Delta Sig
-Delta Chi
Bottom:
-PIKE
-Sammy
-Kappa Alpha
-Chi Phi
-STG
-Anyone else

pretty much any girl will tell you it's Sig Chi and TKE neck and neck, DKE is no where close to either of them.

Not enough recognition for Lambda Chi? They had them ranked second...
Alpha Sig and Delta Chi are both ranked lower middle, how much lower would you put them?.. They're certainly better than Pike, even with losing their complex or a good amount of their graduating kids..
What have Pi Kapp, Sig Tau, KA or Delta Sig done to gain recognition? Pi Kapp has stayed exactly where they are, Delta Sig gives bids to anyone who doesn't get a bid to actual fraternities, and I've never heard of or know a single name of someone in KA or Sig Tau....
Lol you guys think that people gain recognition or deserve to be ranked higher just because other houses are gone and because they have more members now. That's the same type of sense of entitlement that goes exactly with fraternities that don't have a pledge process and just give their new members active status. Just like with your membership, you have to actually do things and earn your status as a respected fraternity. Nice try bottom tier goobers.
