to chi omega

Hi, I have no idea how to contact someone about this but I'm going to try here. A year ago, a fully initiated woman in another sorority of sigma delta tau, dropped out of her sorority and left college. She went on to North Carolina and now apparently to ASU.
Since she had dropped SDT she has been going around, taking pictures of ASU chi omega pictures and calling them her own. She has even bought Chi Omega Clothes as well and posting them on Instagram.
Now, I may have missed something but I am 100% sure you cannot join another sorority after already being initiated and this girl( not to be rude) isn't that pretty and could not make it in a chapter here from what I can see (also she's like 23 is idk).
So, just be on the look out for someone that is trying to snake her way into your letters ΧΩ.
She actually may be crazy cause I was just told she was doing the same thing at North Carolina as well.
She goes by Emily Elise.
