They shouldn't be fine, but they are totally good and all charges dismissed. They have strong AZ alum and highly intoxicated pledges that can't recall who did what to thank... They're under close watch however!

Its incredible to watch the school, IFC, and any other governing bodies be so lenient on a chapter that has had several hazing allegations and has burned people at their parties. Sigma Chi or DKE didn't even do that and still got kicked off.

So how to you explain it? If the IFC is offended and thinks Sig Ep to be an intolerable risk to their existence or the continuation of their own chapters, then they should take action.
