off campus fraternity rankings

TKE - top tier fraternity & the complex (only off campus with a plex) gives them the edge for #1
Sigma Chi - history as the top house at ASU puts them second.
DKE - having national backing puts them above zoo. But no plex puts them below TKE and they were worse than Sigma Chi when both were on campus. Not even 100% sure if DKE is off campus tbh. Still listed on the IFC site.
ZOO - still good but not having nationals has to place them below the other 3 which are all solid. Also they lost their plex.

I'd say TKE, DKE, and Sigma Chi are all pretty much on the same level right now. TKE may have a slight advantage because they have already been off for a year and have a plex. But overall these three houses were all top tier when they were on campus. Rushing any of these 3 is a great choice and will open up many doors. Now it's starting to come to the point where why rush on campus besides maybe Sig Ep? All the good ones are pretty much off now. Interested to see how this year pans out for these houses.

I just graduated from one of the better fraternities at ASU with a large alumni base...and landing the (good) job I'm working along with the (good) jobs of most of my pledge brothers had nothing to do with being in a fraternity. The fraternity gives you lifelong friends but don't count on this to really matter outside of social aspects when you graduate. No one ever asks detailed questions about your fraternity membership after you graduate unless you're at an alumni mixer.

I have friends at several other large D1 schools and most schools with large greek life have houses that are off campus and relevant.
