engaged transfer

Im a junior transfer and i want to rush a sorority but will they cut me for that? should i lie about it?

i think it will come down to age/grade status more then being engaged imo.

There are girls who are engaged in every chapter. As long as you make a point to make time for your sorority and sisters - away from your fiance - you'll be okay. Chapter participation is much more important than marital status.

This isn't the Deep South where students get married after their sophomore year in college. Why even bother joining a sorority if you're engaged? You have bigger, more important things to worry about.

I definitely dont think you should lie about it. Why would you do that? Imagine what would happen the minute they find out. Just be honest.
