which fraternities still have a house?

I know many of them don't at ASU anymore due to Crow, but which still do? And which houses are the best/nicest?

Only "house" with letters on it is Fiji. Alpha drive got torn down. Most fraternities have complexes though.

What? Most fraternities have houses, not complexes. Also Fiji has a complex not a house...

Only a few have complexes. Fiji has the only registered "house" which does have letters on it. Tempe zoned it as a fraternity house.

Otherwise, DTD, Alpha Sig, and Delta Chi have plexes. Maybe a few other I'm forgetting. Plexes are over rated anyway

A few fraternities have won settlements of $2+ million but who knows if that money will ever be used for houses
