are they bringing back frat row?

i heard that frat row will be completed in 2-3 years. Is this true?

It's not going to be a frat row and it will be done probably spring of next year

It is going to be a greek village and from what i understand there is possibility of breaking ground on it this summer (unlikely, but a possibility). But even then i though it was going to take at least 2 years to build. The houses are going to have shared walls with each other.
