ΣΦΕ/ΛΧΑ (strongest relations, best overall quality houses)
ΚΣ/FIJI/ΠΚΦ (great all around houses, studs in all houses, quick rising)
ΔΚΕ/ΑΣΦ(dke may get kicked, but still has some good members, also alpha sig needs to step up recruitment with such a good party location)
ΔΣΦ/ΔΧ/ΔΤΔ/ΚΑ(middle tier houses that do their own thing, but not bad in any way. Delta sig will be first to rise up)
ΘΧ/ΠΚΑ/ΣΑΜ (decent houses, weaker due to recent chartering and membership reviews)
ΖΒΤ/ΣΤΓ/ΧΦ/ΣΠ/ΑΚΛ(bottom tier houses but again, nothing wrong with that. Just different type of people)
ΤΔΧ/ΔΥ/ΩΔΦ(houses you never hear anything about)

I'm a senior who will admit that the tiers have been altered a lot in the past year. This is more current. PIKE/DKE have an attitude problem that needs to be fixed. Sig Tau outdoes KA/PIKE in almost everything and have only been here a year. FIJI is bumped up top due to houses being kicked off/some girls prefer them. Overall...DKE/Alpha Sig/Delta Chi/Kappa Alpha need to put more work in, and FIJI/Kappa Sig/Delta Sig/Sig Tau need to keep doing what they are doing.
ΣΦΕ/ΛΧΑ/FIJI (Each is different, but good in their own way)
ΚΣ//ΠΚΦ/ΔΚΕ (DKE is worse than Kappa Sig now)
ΔΣΦ/ΑΣΦ (If Alpha Sig didn't have their complex they'd be terrible)
ΔΧ/ΣΤΓ/ΔΤΔ (Delts won a philo, Sig Tau is the only decent new house)
ΘΧ/ΠΚΑ//KA (KA can keep trying to self rank, Theta Chi could go either way)
All others. (Not necessarily bad, just did not impress me this year)

FIJI is not a top house. They dont bring half as much to the table as Lambda or Sig Ep do. Not hating at all because I have a lot of friends in FIJI and they're all awesome guys. Maybe after one more year, but for now I would argue that FIJI is an upper tier house, behind PiKapp but ahead of Kappa Sig and DKE

FIJI is not a top house. They dont bring half as much to the table as Lambda or Sig Ep do. Not hating at all because I have a lot of friends in FIJI and they're all awesome guys. Maybe after one more year, but for now I would argue that FIJI is an upper tier house, behind PiKapp but ahead of Kappa Sig and DKE
