Do sophomores have any disadvantages when it comes to rushing a sorority? I want to rush in the fall but i'm not down to go through recruitment just for it to be a fail

It completely depends on the house. Some houses only take freshmen and some houses will even take juniors

which houses only take freshmen? I thought all of them at least took a few sophomores

They all take a few sophomore. Don't worry about it. You will be fine. There are girls that are 24 that go through rush. Not a biggie.

Poor Grades
Only wanting a specific chapter. Be open minded
No college activities
Poor conversation skills or none (applicable to any one)
Not being your personal best think job interview or meeting BF parents

A lot of sophomores get placed. I don't know of any chapters that don't take sophomores. Juniors I think would have a little bit more of a challenge. It's a good experience. Do it.
