Since ASU has no row (for now) it's tough to judge the quality of house. But, there are three clear tiers. Stop making stupid rankings with 12 tiers. The reasons will be in parentheses

Sig Ep (studs across the board, history)
Lambda (smart, but not nerdy)
Fiji (parties, history and fun guys)
Kappa Sig (parties, history, steadily improving)
Pi Kapp (service and white castle)
Alpha Sig (panther)
