alpha drive

I've been getting a lot of different answers when asking about the current "construction" on alpha drive, and just looking for a more clear response. I know the university is in talks about re-establishing alpha drive, but is that already taking place right now with the construction? Also, when's the estimated time of completion for the new houses if they are going to be built?

The current construction taking place on Alpha Drive has nothing to do with the future plans of reestablishing fraternity housing.
