TKE is the only "off campus" (and I say off campus with a grain of salt because they have a charter") that is still good. Nobody likes Zoo anymore because all they do is party. TKE had two formals this year and still does philanthropy.

Take out Zoo, they are not a fraternity in any way, shape, or form. Other than that, this list is pretty on point. With the exception that I would put Lambda Chi at the top of the upper mid.
