How I see the next year playing out
On the rise:
Lambda - will stay upper tier, but they are still not that great in my opinion
Kappa Sig - better pledges/they have like 4 big houses in the cottages. they will be a big party house but need to improve sorority relations
Fiji - still upper tier if they keep the plex/get better pledge classes
Delta Sig - need more housing/has weird members but will keep improving
Sig Tau - They are probably the most improved, they'll have like 15 guys in the cottages, and they'll be 100+ members next year after they charter.
Declining:
Sig Ep - a lot of girls just don't like them anymore. They will stay upper tier but might not be the best.
Dke - most hated house by all of greek life, also partying at the district and vista only goes so far.
Alpha Sig - the pink panther is literally the only thing going for them. They are on a steady decline and I'm not sure why people consider them decent.
Delta Chi - athletic, but that's about it.

I think these are some additional notes
- Kappa Sig/Sig Tau have improved a lot but Pi Kapp has really improved the most. Sig Tau is a new house so they'll need another year.
- Sig Ep/Dke will both stay upper but Dke does have an attitude problem.
- Alpha Sig and Delta Chi could both go either way
- DTD and Delta Chi are also better than Pike.
