There's a lot more houses on this campus than you think. Sig Ep is still top because of the quality of girls that come to their parties, GPA, service hours, and philo victories, but their PC qualities have dropped and they only win IM flag football.
DKE is pretty wild, but consistent. Always make a good presence, good at sports, good at philos, but seem to be just shy of Sig Ep.
Lambda has GPA, service, and their ties to Theta, but if theta starts to drop, so will they. Quality house overall.
Kappa Sig made big strides with their last 2 fall PCs. Rich history at ASU. Started throwing actual parties not just weird creepfests. Do a lot with AXO and Alpha Phi. Haven't won a philo in years, but their basketball and soccer teams are pretty good. Once goobers cycle out, work a little harder, they'll probably be a top house contender.
Pi Kapp - quality, consistent guys who are good looking and do a lot for ASU as a whole. Lots of service, good at sports, also close with AXO and APhi. Nothing bad to say about them besides "bi kapp" but that shouldn't be an insult
Alpha Sig - average joe frat. some weird kids, but a lot of nice guys. pass around glass for the ladies. best place to party, but use it for pregames. Step up recruiting and you could run this school unless you lose the plex.

This is coming from a FIJI, I think Alpha Kappa Lambda derseves to be a lower tier instead of an "ehh" frat. Props to them for making waves in the sports world

they may seem high, but not many fraternities are well known like a DKE, FIJI, or Sig Ep. When was the last time your heard anything about TDX, DU, ZBT, or Chi Phi? STG did a philo this semester, so I placed them higher than the true irrelevant houses. Because a house like Kappa Sig or Alpha Sig isn't irrelevant like often said here.

Sig Tau deserves the middle tier, they are way better compared to the houses below them

This is more accurate. FIJI is above DKE. Lambda is too. DKE sucks at all sports and philos and until they fix that, they wont ever truly be at the top.
