I agree with moving AXO up to top tier, but DZ is not middle with Kappa and DG. They are way above them. However I put AXO above DZ.

Neither theta or DZ Top. Theta has fallen but don't be mistaken they are still a very good chapter. Look at their grades and activities. DZ has had one good pledge class in the last 4 years. They are struggling. AXO is not a middle chapter and they are better then DZ and Theta now. A phi is no way above Pi Phi. A phi had a good recruitment last year and the rest? Pi Phi has consistently had good recruitments over the last 4 years. Chi O is a solid middle tier chapter - no way bottom. Gamma Phi is gone.

Theta and DZ are both top tier , but so is AXO. The top five are:

Pi Phi, Theta, AxO, DZ, APhi

the order will move around, but they will always be top five.
