Non Bias Rankings..There is no top house at ASU. ASU greek like for the most part sucks, it was taken from administration. Most fraternities here are simply middle tier on an Upper/Mid/Bottom scale.
Upper
Sig Ep and Lambda
Middle (a lot)
DKE, Delta Chi, Pi Kapp, Kap Sig, Alpha Sig, Pike, Dsig
Bottom
KA, ZBT, DTD
Shouldn't exist
Chi Phi, TDX, etc

Sig Ep (cuz they go full Martha Stewart on sororities)
DKE (due to history and older members)
LXA (due to history)
FIJI (plex and party)
PiKapp(new members)
Kappa Sig (New Members)
Delta Sig(new members)
DX(cycle out goobers and they'll be good)
Alpha Sig (plex, cycle out goobers)
Don't you dare put Pike up in the mid tier. They aren't as bad as the houses nobody ever hears about, but as far as the bigger names goes, Pike doesn't even come close to a house like K-Sig or FIJI, and they aren't top either
