stop putting fraternities in tiers.
there is no top house at ASU right now.
Its an open spot.
the last top tier to be seen was sig chi. i am not in sig chi but they ran greek life last year with their alum hookin it up.
when sig chi comes back they will not be top tier either. sig ep may be top and controversial DKE.
No one holds the quality of being a 5 star fraternity.
There is plenty of potential though not saying its not possible to be the top.

Sig Ep is definitely top house, just compare them to the middle tiers and it's almost a night and day difference. DKE is almost top house if they could get better at sports.

Also old Theta Chi was arguably a top house as well, huge numbers, raged, and good at sports.

sig chi alum are still hooking it up. That's how they're technically an "on campus" fraternity (although, under review), even after getting strong armed by IFC for having a massive rap sheet
