Sig Chi will be a former shell of itself, they are going through a membership review like theta chi did. I guarantee that most of their members will be kicked out and will be in a similar situation as theta chi. They will most likely go down to the bottom tier.

I would give them middle maybe upper middle. Compare them to top tier people and they aren't very good. Their complexes are the only thing that make them relevant.
