spring rushee 2015

I'm thinking about rushing kappa sig and sip ep in the spring. All of my friends from high school are in these fraternities but at different schools. I wanted to know how different these two houses are here and if I need a higher GPA for sig ep? Also I'm a sophomore but Ill still be 19 all next semester if that matters.
