I think Theta and Pi Phi are about the same.

I think AXO, APhi and DZ are the same

I think DG, Kappa are the same

It really just is a preference thing.

I think Theta has clearly fallen to the 4 spot and DZ has clearly fallen to the 5 spot. Pi Phi sits on top on their own for now even with their stumble in recruitment. A Phi is a contender for a spot near the top.
