why is theta a top house?

Can someone explain to me why theta is a top house? no hate or anything, but do they even do anything besides look pretty and have good grades? it seems to me like no one in the house is friends with people outside of theta, and i rarely see them out. Like I said, no hate! Just trying to see why theyre "top"

no they are stuck up elitists, the only people that say positive things about them don't transcend looks and grades
